The rooms had a cozy Swiss chalet vibe and were perfect for couples like me. I felt like I was in a romantic retreat surrounded by alpine beauty.

Personally, I found it a bit disappointing that I had to stay in a twin room instead of a single room due to unavailability. However, I understand that this was just my opinion and others might still find it enjoyable.

I keep coming back to my favorite place in Courmayeur for its helpful staff and many amenities, like Wi-Fi, parking, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. With a bar, restaurant, and spa, it suits me perfectly. Can't wait to return for Christmas!

We had a fantastic stay at Chalet Svizzero. The location was perfect, close to the main street and within walking distance of the ski lift. The restaurant staff were accommodating and understanding of our kids' needs. The cozy bar/lounge area was a great place to relax after a day on the slopes. Plus, the views from our room overlooking the river were stunning. The complementary use of electric bikes was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Courmayeur.

family hotel without any sence of servicefeeling. Problems with information about timescedule/shuttlebus to skilifts, staff with poor english skills, shouted and screamed at us. When we asked for information about shuttlebuses the owners got into a "physical" fight in the bar area in front of all guests. At final payment,we were charged 20 euro for using a facillity room that were open and we thought was meant for guests.

The junior suites at Hotel Chalet Svizzero are absolutely charming! As a couple, we fell in love with the cozy Swiss chalet feel of our room. It was like a romantic hideaway, with beautiful furnishings and a comfy bed. We couldn't have asked for a better ambiance!

The only thing we didn't love was that our twin room had an added extra bed, which made it feel a bit cramped. But hey, that's just our personal preference!

The general areas, such as the lobby and restaurant, were inviting and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. There were no stairs to navigate, and the hallways and doors were wide enough for me to maneuver easily with my walking aid. It made my stay so much more enjoyable and convenient!

The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better as a senior guest is more helpful and attentive staff. The young employees seemed a bit inexperienced and occasionally lacked the understanding of our specific needs.

Despite being close to the ski lifts and the center of town, the location was peaceful. Furthermore, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast options were tasty and well presented.
